Our Vision

Inspired by Martin's spirit of resilience, compassion and passion for life, The Martin Wallem ALS Foundation strives to create a world where every person battling ALS feels empowered, supported, and ultimately, finds hope until a cure is found.

The Martin Wallem ALS Foundation is exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, meaning and intending those tax-exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Martin Wallem ALS Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation whose purpose is to raise funds for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (or β€œALS”), a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. ALS is terminal. At this time there is no cure.
